How much of my order is donated?
We donate $5.00 for each item sold to nonprofits who share in our mission of conducting wildlife & environmental conservation initiatives and supporting ethical & sustainable community development programs around the globe. PREP TIME & SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are handmade and take approximately 2-3 days to be prepped & completed. Orders are then shipped via USPS First Class shipping which takes about 3-5 business days to arrive within the continental US. International orders take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive once they have been completed.
Is the jewelry safe for children?
Yes, for children ages 5 and up. Please keep your jewelry out of reach of children under 5 years of age as it could be a potential choking hazard.
What if I am allergic to a type of metal used?
If you have any allergies to certain metals, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can determine if your jewelry is safe for you to wear.
How can I return my jewelry for a refund or an exchange?
To be refunded, please return your unworn jewelry within 30 days from the time you received the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to show on your bank account/credit card after the refund has been processed.
We are happy to exchange your jewelry for a different size or other item of equal or lesser value within in 30 days of when you received the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my jewelry breaks?
Repairs are free of charge up to 6 months from when the jewelry was received; buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on repairs.
